The place had a decent staff, but many downsides came with it. the rooms were small and not well-equipped. the toilet paper quality was disappointing. the location was barely convenient and the view was not impressive. Although the breakfast was good, most of the other facilities were not up to the mark.

The lighting in the room was a bit dark, which made it difficult to perform regular everyday activities with ease.

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. They offered great customer service that made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, making it a great way to start our day. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The room lighting was quite dim, making it difficult to read or work in the room. , the room was a bit small which made it feel cramped at times.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Best aspects were the amazing service provided by the staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful, understanding, and listened to our needs. transportation was easily accessible, and the hotel's location was central.

Nothing everything was great.

The location was pretty good, close to local shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. They had a nice New Year's celebration with good food and drinks. the prices were reasonable and I had a good time overall.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. the sheets and towels were stained and the garbage bins were not emptied regularly.

Amazing service, fantastic staff, delicious breakfast, comfy rooms, great Spanish-speaking employee.

Everything is what I need and want.
